Christopher Love
“An architect will touch more people in their lifetimes than most other professions. Design has a responsibility to engage the community.”
Chris wanted to be an architect since childhood, and with a father working in the trades as an electrician, being exposed to buildings was a given. After working at the firm part-time during graduate school, Chris began his full-time tenure at the firm in 2008. While Chris is involved in design, he concentrates more on the technical aspects of architecture—space planning, program development, making all the pieces fit together, being the “detail guy.” Chris is hands-on and enjoys working out solutions with contractors on-site in the construction trailer or with clients in workshop sessions. Chris’s interest in technology has also made him the firm’s expert in design programs, and 3-D and virtual reality modeling.
