Nat Stein
“Hearing how people have enjoyed the work we do, how it has impacted their lives—that’s what motivates me.”
Nat strives to perpetuate a unique culture of the firm that shares responsibility broadly and respects all firm members as equals. In addition to his role as Vice President, Nat continues to design and oversee projects. In fact, it was a love of drawing as a child that sparked his interest in architecture, and he believes that staying hands-on in design is a measure of the thinking he does on behalf of clients. Nat is proud of the long-term relationships the firm enjoys with clients, which challenge the firm to push the envelope in finding the right answers. On his own time, Nat is a devoted family man, a huge movie fan, and a hobby cartoonist. Nat became a partner of the firm in 2012, and now sees ownership along with Scott Ramlow as the chance of a lifetime. He is grateful for the opportunity to help the strong core of people at the firm continue to succeed.
