Scott is masterful as a team leader, giving everyone a voice while making the decisions necessary to successfully complete the project. Scott leads and remains focused on projects until completion, carefully monitoring the overall design and construction plan and keeping an eye on the details that make the project successful; all while meeting design, budget and schedule goals. Buildings should inspire, improve life, make a difference and become places integral to the human experience. Scott believes that cultivating long-term relationships with clients and becoming an extension of their organizations is a hallmark of the firm.
