Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. is the largest of more than 165 Goodwill organizations in the world and has been providing services since 1919. Employment and training are Goodwill’s primary focus, assisting men and women to develop their job skills and secure work opportunities that fulfill their personal and professional goals.

The former Reiman Publications building in Greendale Wisconsin provided an ideal setting to increase Goodwill’s presence in southeastern Wisconsin. This site combines the Goodwill corporate headquarters together with mission services including the Workforce Connection Center, Talent Bridge, and traditional support services for disabled and disadvantaged clients.

All of the spaces in the building were updated with about half of the total square footage being reconfigured for better circulation, flexibility for future departmental changes, and management of client versus corporate users, shared daylight and multi-use spaces. The final building includes offices, meeting rooms, employment training spaces, a commons, classrooms and light industrial space.
