The Jonathan Delagrave Youth Development and Care Center represents a major step forward in how we support and rehabilitate at-risk youth. Working alongside Racine County, we’ve created a space that builds on their nationally recognized approach to juvenile justice.

The 70,000 square foot secure residential care facility provides community space, classrooms, mental health suites, dining facilities, dayrooms, gymnasium, court room, administrative areas, and numerous outdoor courtyards; all designed through the lens of trauma-informed-design principles focusing on transforming the community through integrity and innovation.

Named to honor the legacy of the late Racine County Executive Jonathan Delagrave, this center stands as a testament to Jonathan’s vision and his dedication to our community’s youth. As a leader with a deep background in social services, he championed this facility from the very beginning, knowing it would transform how we support and rehabilitate at-risk youth. His passion and commitment to improving youth services will live on through the lives that will be changed within these walls.
