RAMLOW/STEIN was honored to attend the ‘Topping Out’ ceremony for the new Carmen Schools of Science and Technology High School. What an awe-inspiring event to watch the last beams, covered in hundreds of Carmen student signatures and messages, hoisted into place. Congratulations to our project partners, and to the project teams at Carmen for their hard work and dedication in reaching this significant construction milestone!
